Acoustic panels in a glass-wall office

Project Overview
A corporate office sought to address persistent echo issues that were impacting employee focus and the clarity of communication during meetings. DECIBEL was tasked with improving the space acoustically while preserving its clean, branded look.
Challenge
Frequent reverberation—amplified by the use of thin glass walls—was making speech less intelligible, particularly during conference calls.
Scope of Work
The DECIBEL team assessed the environment, recommended a suitable acoustic solution, and handled the full supply and installation process.
Solution
Fabric Wrapped Acoustic Panels were installed along selected wall surfaces. These panels were chosen for their ability to absorb mid- to high-frequency reflections and were colour-matched to complement the company’s interior design.
Result
The workspace became noticeably quieter, with clearer sound during calls and reduced distraction in day-to-day tasks. The panels also added a polished, unified look to the office environment.
Glass walks echo
Offices with extensive glass surfaces often suffer from acoustic imbalance. Fabric-covered wall panels offer an effective, visually adaptable way to absorb echo without structural changes.
