Soundproofing of a night club

Disco and night club Summer cult in Varna is located on the promenade. The disco should open its doors before the start of the summer season 2017.

The acoustic problem

During the construction of the restaurant, the leading architects worked with the engineering team of DECIBEL on the design, location and size of the openings overlooking the sea.

The solution

Work on the Summer cult club began with a simulation model for measuring sound pressure. The aim of the acoustic treatment was to reach sound levels that would not disturb the buildings located next door. What is specific in this case is the combination of insulation with the design of the restaurant. After approval of the proposed solution, DECIBEL took up the task using the product VISTO 48 sound insulation panel, the result of two years of development of DECIBEL. VISTO 48 is a high-tech sound-insulating and sound-absorbing elastic panel for walls and ceilings.

Results of the implemented project

The final step in the project is the measurement of the achieved sound level. The measurement performed by a technical person of the company DECIBEL reported values ​​that are satisfactory and are in relation to the Bulgarian noise standards.
