Kantar Slovakia, a leading research and analytics company, reached out to DECIBEL to address serious acoustic issues in one of its main meeting rooms.

Excessive echo and sound reflections were making conversations difficult to follow and disrupting the flow of meetings. For a company where communication precision is essential, this was a major concern that needed a fast and effective solution.

Challenge

The space featured multiple hard, reflective surfaces, typical for modern office design, that caused prolonged reverberation and poor speech intelligibility.

The challenge was to improve the acoustics without disrupting the room’s professional appearance or interrupting daily operations.

• Acoustic analysis and design proposal
• Selection and placement of Echo Cloud ceiling acoustic panels
• Delivery and installation of panels within a single working day

Solution

DECIBEL designed a targeted acoustic treatment using Echo Cloud suspended panels mounted across the ceiling. These panels were selected for their superior sound-absorbing properties and elegant design, which blended seamlessly with the office's existing décor.

The installation process was quick and precise, ensuring minimal disruption to the client’s workflow.

Result

The improvement was immediately noticeable. The echo was successfully eliminated, and the space now provides clear, natural sound for effective communication and comfortable meetings. The combination of functionality and modern aesthetics left the client fully satisfied with the result.
